Our original extra firm tofu, maple smoked and ready to eat or cook with.
We marinate our iconic tofu overnight and then hot smoke for four hours to give it the rich umami and smoky flavour.
We use it in our Shamtastic Pasties, breakfast wraps and more delicious savouries.

Keep chilled between 2C-5C. Eat within 2 days of opening and by the use by date. Alternatively, freeze on day of purchase and use within 6 months of freezing.
Ingredients:
Tofu (soya beans, water, nigari, gypsum, cider vinegar sulphur dioxide, salt), tamari soya sauce (soya, water, salt, distilled alcohol from sugar cane),koji seed (aspergillus oryzae), maple syrup, smoked paprika.
Allergens:
soya, sulphur dioxide
All food is prepared or produced in an environment which handles allergenic ingredients and whilst care is taken to reduce the risk of cross contamination, food may contain traces of celery, cereals (containing gluten, oats, rye, wheat, barley), eggs, lupin, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
All packaging is compostable & plastic free.
