CREAMY TOFU, LEEK & MUSHROOM

Keep frozen at -18C and cook from frozen. Consume by best before date. Once cooked, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Brush with plant milk and place on a lined baking tray. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes, until golden brown and piping hot.

Ingredients:

Tofu (soya beans, water, nigari, gypsum, vinegar, sulphur dioxide), leeks, garlic powder, mushrooms, dried mixed herbs, salt, black pepper, margarine (rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, salt, E471, flavour, natural colour: beta carotene, vitamin A&D), fortified wheat flour (gluten, calcium, iron vitamin B3& B1), soya milk, sunflower oil. soya sauce (water, soya bean extract, rice, sugar, salt, wheat gluten, E150C, hydrolysed vegetable protein, xantham gum, E627, E631 citric acid, sodium benzoate) Pastry: WHEAT flour, calcium .carbonate, iron, niacin thiamine, margarine (palm and rapeseed fats and oils, water, salt), water

Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus), lemon juice, cornflour, curry powder (coriander seed, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin seed, ginger, mustard seed, black pepper, cardamom, chilli powder, clove, nutmeg), garam masala, paprika, salt. Pastry: Wheat flour (47%) (contains: wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), margarine (30%)(contains: palm & rapeseed fats and oils, water, salt), water, salt.
