EU CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Due to the UK leaving the EU, from 1st January 2021 any EU order may need to pay additional customs duties and taxes at or your local VAT rate on receipt of goods.
We send out ambient orders twice a week but any chilled or frozen orders will be sent out on Wednesdays for Thursday delivery or Thursdays for delivery Fridays. Please make sure that you are at home to take receipt of your chilled/frozen delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any spoilt food as a result of this and a refund will not be issued.
If we are expecting particularly hot weather, we may decide to postpone your order to avoid spoilage during transit. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding this and refund if appropriate.

Where do I send my return to?
Please email email@example.com with your order number to receive further instruction. You have 28 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Please include a note stating your name, email and order number. For the item to be refunded it must be returned unwashed, undamaged and unworn and be in a resaleable condition.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our shop. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.
We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you) but please don’t actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
Once you receive a dispatch email to say you order is on its way, please allow the following number of days before claiming a lost order:
UK – 15 working days (orders usually arrive next working day)
Europe – 25 working days (orders should arrive in 3 to 5 working days)
Rest of the world – 30 working days (orders should arrive in 5 to 7 working days)
Can I cancel my order?
We only have a very small window in which to cancel your order once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have not processed your order, we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to cancel the order, you have 28 days to return the order for a refund. Please note that the postage charge will not be refunded.
