Delivery Information

Important note regarding your tofu purchase! Because our tofu is a fresh product, by the time we have made, chilled, packed and sent the original, you will have around 5-6 days in which to consume it.


We use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery service.

Because of the nature of our products, we will contact you directly via email to confirm a delivery date. This is because we make our products fresh and we want to make sure you receive the best possible use by dates. Please make sure that you are at home on the agreed day to take receipt of your chilled/frozen delivery as the order will need immediate attention and putting into a fridge or freezer.

If you have a place you’d like Royal Mail to leave the parcel, please let us know when ordering and we can add that to the delivery notes.

Royal Mail will email and/or text you directly with delivery updates, using the email and/or phone number you have provided in your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any spoilt food as a result of no one being at home on the agreed delivery day and a refund will not be issued if this is the case.

If we are expecting particularly hot weather, we may decide to postpone your order to avoid spoilage during transit. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding this and refund if appropriate.

If Royal Mail do not deliver your chilled order within the time frame of 24-48hrs due to the parcel being lost by them or not being processed in a timely manner, we will issue a you with a full refund but we will not resend your order as we are not reimbursed by Royal Mail for postage or contents costs.


EU Customer Information

Due to the UK leaving the EU, from 1st January 2021 any EU order may need to pay additional customs duties and taxes at or your local VAT rate on receipt of goods.

Where do I send my return to?

Please email > insert email address here< with your order number to receive further instruction. You have 28 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Please include a note stating your name, email and order number. For the item to be refunded it must be returned unwashed, undamaged and unworn and be in a resaleable condition.


Can I exchange my order?

We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our shop. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.

If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.

We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you) but please don’t actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.


Once you receive a dispatch email to say your order is on its way, please allow the following number of days before claiming a lost order:

UK – 15 working days (orders usually arrive next working day)

Europe – 25 working days (orders should arrive in 3 to 5 working days)

Rest of the world – 30 working days (orders should arrive in 5 to 7 working days)


Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel, please email us at >insert email address here< and if we have not processed your order, we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to cancel the order, you have 28 days to return the order for a refund. Please note that the postage charge will not be refunded.
